Southwest Erosion Control began as a family owned commercial landscaping company in 1986. The focus on erosion control began in the late 1980s as a response to the growing needs of the real estate development community. Then, as environmental compliance requirements grew during the 1990s, Southwest grew into a full service erosion control provider.

Over the last few decades, the erosion control business has demanded more and different technologies and Southwest has adapted to be a well-respected leader. Their service and technology expertise helps them provide erosion control services from individual homebuilders to large commercial infrastructure projects and master planned communities. And, as Southwest has grown in its experience, it has also grown in its marketplace… now serving the expanding North Texas, Austin, and Oklahoma city markets.
